Affordable price, comfy and had what we needed. Positive: Clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable with what we needed. Negative: Toilet seat in downstairs bathroom needs fixing(tighten?) My husband and SIL heard what sounded like a toilet running by itself every / hour or so. No problem but you might want to check.
